On Monday, October 27th, 2025, the Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to update the guidelines to present public comment during the monthly Board of Trustees meetings. Click here to view the newly adopted Public Comment Guidelines.

The November Board of Trustees meeting was moved up from Monday, November 10th, 2025 to 7 PM Monday October 27th, 2025 at Village Hall. The December meeting was moved up from December 8th, 2025 to 7 PM on November 24th, 2025 at Village Hall. Date changes are necessary to comply with state statutes pertaining to the 2026 Village of North Bay Budget. Click here to view the official notice.  Pavement milling will occur on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, and Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 to pave this week. 

Three additional locations have been identified for milling and resurfacing, as noted on the attached map. Please review the map and check your street for updated markings. The original October 11th, 2025, pavement management notice is also attached for your reference.

If the pavement in front of your driveway is marked for milling & paving, please park your vehicle(s) on the street in an area outside of the designated milling zone.

North Bay’s pavement maintenance begins the week of October 13th, 2025, and is expected to be completed the first week of November. Locations for the curb and gutter replacement and pavement milling are marked with paint.
