On July 13th, 2026, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed Solar & Wind Ordinances require significant revisions. Due to the time needed to revise the ordinance, schedule an additional Planning Commission meeting, and post the necessary legal notices, the Public Hearing scheduled for July 27th, 2026 has been cancelled.

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Village of North Bay Board of Review (BOR) will reconvene on Monday, June 15th, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall, located at 3615 Hennepin Pl, and is scheduled to last for two hours. Should all BOR proceedings be finished within this timeframe, the board will adjourn at 7:00 PM; however, the session may be recessed and reconvened at a later date if more time is necessary. Please note that the BOR will not conduct any other business during this time.

The official agenda will be published once all submissions that are received by the June 12th, 2026 5PM filing deadline have been processed, and no later than 5 PM Saturday, June 13th, 2026. Once published, the agenda may be viewed on the Agendas & Minutes page.
