Notice is hereby given by the Zoning Administrator of the Village of North Bay, Racine County, Wisconsin, that a Public Hearing of the Board of Appeals is scheduled at 6:00 PM on Monday, November 25th, 2024 in the North Bay Village Hall, 3615 Hennepin Place, Racine, Wisconsin, to review a variance application for the construction of a detached garage and an addition and renovation to the existing one family dwelling that deviates from regulations as set forth in the Village of North Bay Zoning Code. Meetings are open to the public.
