REMINDER: Notice of 2026 Board of Review

The 2026 Board of Review for the Village of North Bay shall hold its first meeting on Monday, May 11th, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Village Hall located at 3615 Hennepin Pl. The 2026 Board of Review will reconvene said meeting at Village Hall on Monday, June 15th, 2026 from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM. 2026 Open Book Reviews will be held by making an appointment by calling Assessor Dan McHugh, Affiliated Property Valuations Services, LLC at 262-383-9471 or e-mailing dmchugh@apvswi.com on or before May 29th, 2026.

Notice of Ordinance 2026-1

The Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to approve Ordinance #2026-1 on April 13th,2026 during Executive Board meeting. This legislative action updates Chapter 20 of the Village Code to ensure that local recycling regulations remain in full compliance with all current applicable laws.

  • Ordinance 2026-1: An Ordinance to update Chapter 20 of the Village of North Bay Code concerning recycling.

2026 Spring Election Results: VNB Executive Board Offices

On Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, 112 ballots were cast out of 179 registered voters.

The following candidates were re-elected, running unopposed, to serve a new two-year term:

  • Paul Schroeder, Trustee #1 (Public Works)
  • Rick Cermak, Trustee #2 (Water & Wastewater)
  • Robert E. O’Brien, Treasurer

Notice of Fall Election

Elections are to be held in the Village of North Bay on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 (Partisan Primary) and Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026 (General Election). Click on the linked Notice below for election details, including offices up for election, incumbents and terms of office.

Waste collection delayed 1 day

Due to the severe winter storm, Johns Disposal cancelled waste collection for Monday, March 16th, 2026 for the safety of their employees. Additionally, most regional landfills are closed. 

All routes are delayed one day this week. This week’s collection is now scheduled for Tuesday, March 17th, 2026. Reminder: Place trash to the curb by 7 AM on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026.

Notice of Site Visit

On Thursday, March 12th, 2026 at 8:00 AM, Premier Power, United Mechanical, and Trustee Cermak are scheduled to initialize the new generator that was recently installed adjacent to the rear entrance of Village Hall. A quorum of Trustees may or may not be in attendance.
