Notice is hereby given by the Zoning Administrator of the Village of North Bay, Racine County, Wisconsin, that a Public Hearing of the Board of Appeals is scheduled at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 24th, 2024 in the North Bay Village Hall, 3615 Hennepin Place, Racine, Wisconsin, to review a variance application for a proposed accessory building to be used as a boathouse/shed that exceeds the size and number of sheds permissible as set forth in the Village of North Bay Zoning Code.
