On Monday, March 11th, 2024 at 7:03 PM, the Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to approve Ordinance No. 2024-1 which has the effect of updating the Village of North Bay Zoning Code section 8.16 entitled “Floodplain Overlay Districts” in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Federal Emergency Management Agency requirement that municipalities incorporate new provisions.
