The Village of North Bay 2019 Board of Review will hold its first meeting Monday 13 May, 2019 in the Village Hall at 7:00 Pm. The Board of Review will reconvene said meeting on Monday 8 July 2019 at 7:00 Pm. Please refer to the Notice link below.
The Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program encourages you to bring harmful chemicals from your home to the permanent collection site. The collection site, 6200 21st Street – West of Highway 31, is open every 3rd Saturday: April – October, beginning April 20, 2019. ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EQUIPMENT AND WIRELESS FACILITIES IN PUBLIC LAND AND RIGHTS-OF–WAY.
“AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE SECTION 7.07 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH BAY, WI, RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EQUIPMENT AND WIRELESS FACILITIES IN PUBLIC LAND AND RIGHTS-OF–WAY.”
The ordinance regulates and sets standards and procedures for the placement of public utility equipment and communication equipment, including “small cell” communications facilities, within public rights-of way and on public grounds.
