On May 24th, 2022 at 6:00 PM, Ordinance 2022-2 takes effect. Ordinance 2022-2 repeals and re-creates sections 8.01, 8.06, 8.07, 8.10(7) and 8.10(8) concerning Conditional Uses in the Village of North Bay Zoning Code for the Village of North Bay, Racine County, Wisconsin. It relates adapting North Bay’s Code of Ordinances to comply with Wisconsin Act 67 passed by the State of Wisconsin on November 27th, 2017 and also incorporates restrictions. Said ordinance was recommended by the Planning Commission on May 2nd, 2022. Notices of the 7PM May 23rd, 2022 Public Hearing were published in accordance with State statutes.
