Police Services Professional police services are provided to North Bay by the Wind Point Police Department in conjunction with the Racine County Sheriff’s Department.

Overnight Parking Ordinance: Overnight parking on Village streets is prohibited between the hours of 2 AM – 6 AM. Click here to review the Village Code of Ordinances Chapter 15 Section 03 Parking Limitations.

If you need to leave a car out overnight, please call the Wind Point Police Department. When asking for overnight parking permission, the Homeowner must provide the start and end date as well as the vehicle/equipment description, including license plate number, to the Wind Point Police. Permission will be granted as long as it’s not long term storage.

Municipal Court : The Village of Wind Point administers a joint municipal court for the Villages of Wind Point and North Bay. Municipal court sessions are held at the Lighthouse Hall, located at 4725 Lighthouse Dr. in Wind Point.
