The following nominiations were put forth at the virtual 2022 Village Caucus on Monday, January 10th, 2022, for the three offices to appear on the April 5th, 2022 ballot:
- Trustee #1 Public Works: Richard D. Schmitt
- Trustee #2 Water & Wastewater: Rick Cermak
- Treasurer: Robert E. O’Brien

Notice of Noncandidacy Trustee #1
The Village of North Bay received a Notification of Noncandidacy from Trustee #1 Public Works Paul C. Schroeder that states he will not be a candidate for this office at the next election scheduled on April 5th, 2022.
Notice of 2 New Ordinances
On January 1st, 2022 at 12:01 AM, Ordinance 2021-2 Section13-1 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of North Bay, Racine County, Wisconsin that relates to the Local Board of Health Public takes effect. Said ordinance was approved by the Board of Trustees on Monday, November 29th, 2021 and posted on Monday, December 13th, 2021. Click here to view the electronic document.
On December 13th, 2021 at 11:50 AM, Ordinance 2021-2 Section 2.02 of the Code of Ordiances for the Village of North Bay, Racine County, Wisconsin that relates to Appointed Officials that was appoved by the Board of Trustees on Monday, November 29th, 2021 became effective.
