Notice of Budget Public Hearing and Board of Trustees Meeting

On Monday, November 28th, 2022 at 7:00 PM, a Public Hearing of the 2023 Village of North Bay Budget is scheduled at Village Hall. The Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet immediately following the budget hearing.

Notice of RCICC Meeting

The RCICC, an Intergovernmental Cooperation Council (ICC) that includes the County Executive and mayor, village president, town chair or administrator, is scheduled to meet at 5 PM on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, at the Rochester Village Municipal Hall. The RCICC is a respectful forum for intergovernmental dialogue and information sharing to address common issues, successes, and challenges; pertinent state or federal legislation; and opportunities for collaboration or service sharing that saves tax dollars and enhances the lives of our residents. The ICC was created pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 66.0301.

There will be an election to be held in the Village of North Bay on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023. Click on the linked Notices below for election details, including offices up for election, incubments and terms of office. If a primary is necessary, it will be held on February 21st, 2023.

Notice of Village Trustees Meeting & Preliminary 2023 Budget

On Monday, October 31th, 2022 at 4:00 PM, Village of North Bay Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet at Village Hall. The preliminary 2023 Budget will be presented. The final Budget Hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 28th, 2022 at 7:00 PM.

Notice of November 2022 & December 2022 Meeting Date Change

The November Board of Trustees meeting was moved up from Monday, November 14th, 2022 to 4 PM on Monday October 31st, 2022 at Village Hall. The December meeting was moved up from December 12th, 2022 to 7 PM on November 28th, 2022 at Village Hall. Date changes are necessary to comply with state statutes pertaining to the 2022 Village of North Bay Budget. Click here to view the official notice. New Resolutions

The Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to pass the following two resolutions on Monday, September 12th, 2022.

  1. Resolution No. 2022-1 assigned to the 2022 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR), an annual self-evaluation-reporting requirement for publicly and privately owned domestic wastewater treatment works.
  2. Resolution No. 2022-2 related to honoring League of Wisconsin Municipalities Deputy Director Curt Witynski and Communications Director Gail Sumi who are retiring this year.
