Agenda – 09.11.2023

Two Village Board of Trustees (BOT) meetings were moved up. The Monday, November 13th, 2023 will now meet on Monday October 30th, 2023 and the December 11th, 2023 to 7 PM will now meet on November 30th, 2023. Both meetings will convene at 7:00 PM at Village Hall. The change was necessary to comply with state statutes pertaining to the 2024 Village of North Bay Budget. On Tuesday, August 29th, 2023, the Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to approve Ordinance #2023-1. Said Ordinance is related to Vacation Rental Establishments. The Ordinance took effect at 7:20 PM on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023. To view the entire Ordinance, click on the link below.

At 7:07 PM on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023, the Village of North Bay voted to pass Resolution 2023-3 related to vacation rental establishment fees. The new fee schedule is effective immediately. Click on the link below to view the resolution.
