Reminder of Public Hearing

REMINDER: At 6:30 PM on Monday, March 11th, 2024, at Village Hall, a Public Hearing of Ordinance 2024-1 will be held. Ordinance 2024-1 has the effect of updating the Village of North Bay Zoning Code section 8.16 entitled “Floodplain Overlay Districts” in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Federal Emergency Management Agency requirement that municipalities incorporate new provisions.

REMINDER: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of North Bay Village Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 11th, 2024 at 3615 Hennepin Place, regarding a proposed Ordinance to repeal and re-create section Section 8.16, entitled “Floodplain Overlay Districts” of the Village of North Bay Code of Ordinances. 2024 Household Hazardous Waste Collection
