Notice of Resolution
At 8:13PM on Monday, March 11th, 2024, the Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to pass Resolution 2024-3 related to establishing a reserve fund for the Monsanto PCB Settlement recevied in October 2023, that will be separated from the General Fund as of January 2024.
Notice of Ordinance 2024-1
On Monday, March 11th, 2024 at 7:03 PM, the Village of North Bay Board of Trustees voted to approve Ordinance No. 2024-1 which has the effect of updating the Village of North Bay Zoning Code section 8.16 entitled “Floodplain Overlay Districts” in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Federal Emergency Management Agency requirement that municipalities incorporate new provisions. Notice of 2024 Board of Review
The 2024 Board of Review for the Village of North Bay shall hold its first meeting on Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The 2024 Board of Review will reconvene said meeting on Monday, June 17th, 2024 from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM. 2024 Open Book sessions will be held by making an appointment by calling DH Assessments, LLC (262-498-7473), or e-mailing: jhenke4737@gmail.com

REMINDER: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of North Bay Village Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 11th, 2024 at 3615 Hennepin Place, regarding a proposed Ordinance to repeal and re-create section Section 8.16, entitled “Floodplain Overlay Districts” of the Village of North Bay Code of Ordinances.
