Two Village Board of Trustees (BOT) meetings were moved up. The Monday, November 11th, 2024 meeting will now convene at 7:00 PM on Monday October 28th, 2024 and the December 9th, 2024 will now convene at 7:10 PM on November 28th, 2024. Meetings will be held at Village Hall. The change was necessary to comply with state statutes pertaining to the 2025 Village of North Bay Budget. Click here to view the official notice. The Public Hearing scheduled at 6:00 PM today, Thursday, October 24th, 2024 in the North Bay Village Hall, 3615 Hennepin Place, Racine, Wisconsin, has been indefinitely postponed at the property owner’s request.

A Public Hearing of the Board of Appeals is scheduled at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 24th, 2024 in the North Bay Village Hall, 3615 Hennepin Place, Racine, Wisconsin, to review a variance application for a proposed accessory building to be used as a boathouse/shed that exceeds the size and number of sheds permissible as set forth in the Village of North Bay Zoning Code.
