“AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE SECTION 7.07 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH BAY, WI, RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EQUIPMENT AND WIRELESS FACILITIES IN PUBLIC LAND AND RIGHTS-OF–WAY.”

The ordinance regulates and sets standards and procedures for the placement of public utility equipment and communication equipment, including “small cell” communications facilities, within public rights-of way and on public grounds.
